M.A.M.E Engineering is well equipped with multiple Okuma 3,4 and 5 axis CNC machines including Lathes, Machining Centres, and Multitasking Machines.
Our ever expanding state-of-the-art CNC machine shop current capabilities include turning of bars from 2mm to 98mm spindle fed and up to 430mm with billet.
We have the knowledge and experience required to machine a wide range of materials including Aluminium, Brass, Steel, Stainless steel, Plastics and Bronze to name a few.
Quality Assurance
Co-ordinate Measuring Machine
The use of this machine allows us to verify part quality and measurements up to 20 times faster than manual methods, It measures a tolerance of down to 3 microns (0.003mm)
We will happily provide certificates upon request.
